Liverpool is currently seventh in the league with 14 points having won 4 games, drawn 2 and lost 4. Chelsea is top of the league with 26 points having won 8 games and drawn 2.

Most recently Liverpool lost 1 – 0 to Real Madrid in the Champions league and lost 1 – 0 to Newcastle in the Premier League while Chelsea defeated QPR in the Premier League last weekend.
