This Saturday, 6th June, Juventus and Barcelona will play in the Champions League Final at the Olympiastadion in Berlin.
This is the eighth time that both teams have played in a Champions League final. Juventus beat Real Madrid to reach the final while Barcelona beat Bayern Munich. The teams last played each other in 2003. They played two games and the first ended in a 1 – 1 draw and the second ended in a 1 – 2 victory for Juventus.
It seems that Barcelona is set for victory. At Winner Sports the odds on Barcelona are 8/13 while Juventus is behind at 19/4, a draw is at 29/10. Furthermore, in the Correct Score markets the shortest odds are 11/2 on a 1 – 0 win for Barcelona. It is followed by 13/2 on either a 1 – 1 draw or a 2 – 0 win for Barcelona.
This is the fourth Champions League final that Barcelona has appeared in since 2006. Juventus have lost their last three Champions League finals since winning on penalties against Ajax in 1996. On the other hand, Barcelona have won their last three finals since losing against AC Milan in 1994.
