The Watch on Every Poker Lover’s Wish List

Christophe Claret first dazzled card game and watch lovers with a Blackjack 21 watch modeled after the famous card game of the same name. He follow suit with a bit of baccarat wrist flare until he decided to really wow his fans with a Texas Hold’Em wristwatch that can accommodate up to three players.

Not only is this bit of bling sleek and stylish, but it can win you a bit of extra spending money under the right circumstances. The model was originally slated to be released in 2011, but the hardware necessary to make the game 100% legit needed a bit more refinement.

Few people can say they have a watch that tells the hour as well as can deal a completely random game of Hold‘Em every time. A series of angled panels ensures that the other players huddled around the 45-millimeter wide timepiece can’t see each other’s cards. Buttons lining the perimeter of the watch are used to control dealing and a series of unique sounding gongs signal particular points in each round of play. With 72-hours of reserve power, this watch can keep you and your friends playing for days on end.

Only 80 of these watches will be produced altogether, with 20 in each of the 4 finishes available. The price tag will come in heavy at about $200,000 each. Perhaps that money might be better put to use at a real Texas Hold’Em table.
